good simple advise for a touchy subject

This is a hard subject to find good information about, most information out there is attached to a product they want you to buy, but this author is not selling you anything but the story of his search. I appreciate that this information comes from a real man telling of his real experiences with this very natural problem. He tells us of 9 natural remedies, the studies, dosages, origins and side effects. He tells of the personal experiences he has had with the ones he has used. Easy read, not deep into statistics or medical terminology, just a quick reference guide to start you on an educated search of your own. My husband has been so worried about this problem and I kept googling and searching on the Internet, but I could not find any real suggestions other than homeopathic which turned out to be too complicated. I personally am going through menopause and having hot flashes and night sweats and a lot of the remedies for impotence are supposed to work for women facing menopause, so we thought it would not hurt for me to try them with him. The maca powder, (gelatinized, not raw, as it is not good for you to eat it raw) did nothing for me but it gave my honey so much energy (no need for an afternoon nap) and a really nice erection, better than he has had in a long while. He does better when I make him a smoothie or oatmeal with maca in it for breakfast than when I don't make him one, it is that noticeable. We tried the mushrooms that the author uses but they made us both very agitated and actually suppressed both of our sexual desires. Not so good. We tried the pine bark and it was not good for him, it killed his libido, but it was good for me. By day two I started not waking up in a pool of sweat and 3 weeks later my body temperature is not so volatile, plus I am noticing an increase in sexual enjoyment and fuller (not so saggy) breasts, maybe it is just better skin tone, but I like it. I started out taking 2 a day but they made me agitated and I did not want to quit because I really liked not waking up in that pool of sweat, so I cut the dose in half and the agitation went away. We are going to try another one of the remedies in the book along with the maca powder to see if we can get an even better result for him. So we are finding some success with some of the remedies and my advise is to buy this book, it is expensive for a pamphlet, but the information inside, a short easy and understandable read, got us on the road and has given my honey energy and hope and has taken the sweat out of my sleep, so it is worth the money and more. Be prepared to have to play with the recommended doses and don't be surprised if one worked for author and not for you, just keep trying the different options till you find the one that helps you. Quality of life even at any age, (my honey is age 70) should be achievable, and good sex makes for good life, so good luck to all of you out there in search of the same things, I hope we are all successful. Any advise would be appreciated if you have had success with a natural product, let us know so we can try it.

Shows what really works!

I stumbled accross this book when I was looking through reviews of ED pills on Amazon.
I spent lots of money on all natural pills before in the hope that they'd help me with my erectile dysfunction but they all turned out to be scams.
After going through this book I bought the pine tree extract mentioned in it and it cured my impotence within a month.
The author really backed everything up with studies so I felt confident about giving everything in the book a try.
I'm really happy to say that I cured my ED with the first product I tried out of this book and it cost me less than $20!

No original information in this book.

Book has 8 recommended vitamins to take that promotes vitality. There is very little information about these vitamins in the book besides that they have been tested in at least one study and are available for purchase on Amazon. This book tells you ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that you couldn't find out for free on Google. The ONLY reason this book is given any kind of credibility is because it was written by a GENERAL practitioner who just so happened to get ED problems at the age of 42. This book DOES NOT come from a doctor who has any kind of professional research background in ED research. The doctor is fully taking advantage of misleading people by saying he's a doctor (him being a doctor has nothing to do with what's written in the book). I give it 2 stars because he at least took time to do the Google search for you... Out of the 8 vitamins he recommends he's only tried 2 of them.
